There are different reasons, why one would like to have photos of oneself.
Either to use as a profile picture on various social media platforms to show how you look like. For this purpose, one usually likes to present the best version of oneself. I focus on taking profile pictures, where one looks happy.
Or you could also take couple photos to have some memorable pictures of you and your loved ones together. One great photo is enough to hold onto over a lifetime. Of course, having multiple pictures is also great to see what different experiences you had together. But I am talking about a framed picture, you would like to have in your room on your work desk. Something you would like to have as a background picture of your phone. Something, which will show how affectionate you are during your best times.
